With UGC Content you are buying the assets. I shoot to your brief and you run the footage on your own channels and in your paid media, under the usage terms we agree.
With UGC + Influencer Distribution you are additionally buying reach: the work also goes out through my own audience. That is a separate line on the quote. It is never bundled into a content rate by default, and it is available for selected campaigns rather than as standard.
